Lexi Stickel

Lexi Stickel has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Originally she started practicing as a way to destress while in grad school, but instantly fell in love with the connection between mind and body through breath and intentional movement. Lexi is just finishing up her 200 RYT with Jaya Yoga School with Flow Yoga in Hood River. She is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and the power of building community through yoga. In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her partner and dogs while enjoying the beauty of the Columbia Gorge.

Morgan Rincon

Hi I'm Morgan!I look forward to meeting you at Studiofit!  I teach a variety of group fitness classes. I have been a certified group fitness instructor since 2012 teaching Body Balance, Cardio Yoga, Pilates, Body Step, Barre and WERQ Dance Fitness.

I teach intentional movement with a focus on breath work.  I find that working out is just as important for mental health as it is for physical health.  Group Fitness is my happy place.  I truly feel that in any class we are all working together in the same energy and that is a very powerful, positive and motivational place to connect with people.

Aside from group fitness instruction, I am a full-time mom & rehabilitation counselor. I live in Mosier and have been teaching classes in The Dalles & Hood River for the past 5 years.  I love the gorge, the outdoors and our wonderful community!

I feel so fortunate to live in the Gorge and have access to so much beauty in the outdoors.  I am a new momma to a beautiful baby girl and am finding the transition to three; busy, challenging and extremely rewarding. I am also realizing that finding time for SelfCare has never been more appreciated. I hope you can join me in carving out some "Me Time" for yourself and come enjoy the beauty of the scenery in which we live. I am very excited to be a part of what StudioFit stands for and be part of the mission to stay active and healthy in the Gorge.

Susannah LaPoint

Hi! I’m Susannah, and I’ve been coaching my clients to better health and happiness for 15 years. I started personal training at a gym back in 2007, but quickly branched out on my own and have had home studios at 6 different homes over the years. This allowed me to be at home with my kids while they grew up.

My strength training focus is on helping my clients become strong and to stay injury free and mobile throughout their lives, with a heavy emphasis on developing the muscles of the core, glutes and hips-our “pillar of strength.”
My other passion is Nutrition. I became a Nutritionist shortly after I started training, and then my younger son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, so I instantly had a unique perspective on how our metabolisms and blood sugar play a huge part in our health.
Educating my clients on blood sugar management and balance is my FAVORITE part about coaching because with a few simple tweaks, nutrition all the sudden makes a LOT more sense!

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that our Well-being is the MOST important thing in our lives…because if WE aren’t fully nourished-physically, mentally and spiritually-we can’t show up fully for those we love.

I live in Mosier with my husband. We have two grown kids (ages 18 and 19) who are living on their own. I love to be active outdoors, hiking, rafting and biking-especially E biking around the beautiful Gorge!  And, I also love visiting my kids as often as I possibly can.

Whitney Hooker

Whitney completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher vinyasa teacher training at North Main Yoga in 2008. Her training focused on restorative breath practice incorporating the Qi Gong breathing  techniques of teacher Max Strong. Whitney has enjoyed teaching yoga as a healing modality to the general public and clinical populations. She believes in making yoga accessible and approachable to all persons and this philosophy inspired her career choice as an Occupational Therapist. When she’s off the mat Whitney adores music, reading plant-based cooking, knitting, writing, drawing and exploring the beautiful PNW on foot or two wheels with her dog Sophie and partner, Jay.
