using slow, controlled movements. Pilates is a mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.

yoga trapeze

The yoga trapeze allows traditional mat yoga classes to meet functional fitness. Mat yoga classes do not offer pulling motions, which is a critical movement for neck. Back. And upper body health. The yoga trapeze allows functional pulling movements in a fun and dynamic way. Using the sling, suspension, and gravity, the yoga trapeze allows you to build flexibility in a whole new way. The trapeze acts as a prop and allows for deeper, and supported hip & shoulder openers, backbends, and hamstring stretches that can only be done with the trapeze..

Strength/
open gym

Functional strength training works many muscles in a single exercise, which encourages endurance, core stability, and balance in addition to making you stronger. Our functional strength classes incorporate a wide variety of props like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, bodyweight, or a combination of all. Open gym classes offer stations of functional strength exercises allowing participants to rotate while utilizing more props such as our trx system & spin bike. Gentle yoga

Gentle flow combines a series of postures, where with a gentler, lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. Designed to create space to explore your practice, to find the play between strength. Stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body.

sound baths

Sound therapy involves using sound vibrations and frequencies to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress in the body. It also moves energy through the body in a way that can help to gently release energetic blocks which can induce a state of ease and harmony in the body.
