Spend Some Time With Us

Stretch

This class is restorative and can be used to compliment your fitness routine or to relax on your rest day. Set to a warmer temperature room this class includes gentle music and aroma therapy. Stretch  will allow you to relax your body and brain. This class incorporates both yoga and mobility movements to help release tension in the muscles while increasing your flexibility. This class is great for all levels of fitness- especially beginners or those needing orthopedic modifications.

Barre

Barre combines low-impact strength  with ballet conditioning. This class features the foundations of pilates, yoga and functional training in a fun and accessible way. Barre helps build a strong core, better balance , alignment and posture. This class is tailored to each participant. Whether you are new to fitness or an athlete, Barre will both challenge you and strengthen your body in a safe and sustainable way.

Functional Strength

A 45 minute community-focused strength training class that incorporates stability ball, dumbbells, HIIT, bands, and functional training. We make this class accessible to most ages and levels. We don't just train hard - we train smart.

Yoga Trapeze

Yoga Trapeze is a magically fun way to increase upper body strength and give your back some ongoing loving. Try it! This class is especially for those that haven't been introduced to the yoga trapeze yet.

Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Foam rolling can be an effective tool to add to your warm-up or cooldown, before and after exercise or on recovery days. Enjoy this great class with Lindy, our resident Stretch Therapist and one of our amazing personal trainers.

Yoga

Our signature style of yoga incorporates a flowing vinyasa-style yoga class that often includes vinyasa, kriya and asana proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility.

Hiit- Strength

Hit strength is a great way to make your all your fitness goals happen in one 45 minute session. A mix of weights, functional fitness, strength training, cardio and body weight training all packed into one fun class. Upbeat and fast paced- this is a class you won't want to miss.

Let's take the "work" out of working out with Zumba! These 45 minute classes mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
