Summer Solstice Yoga & Soundbath

Join Gabriel and Shana for this special collaboration of restorative yoga and sound bath. We will guide you through a healing restorative practice while serenading you with mantra and harmonium. Shana and Gabriel share their voices to encourage the energetic balance of feminine and masculine balance in the body. We’ll end the practice with a sound bath savasanna, featuring overtone singing, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments.
