StudioFit TD offers yoga, Barre, HIIT and bodyweight strength classes.
Our dedicated teachers also specialize in Zumba, Urban Kick, and Yoga Trapeze.
Our goal is to deepen connection with our members and the wider community
by providing safe and healthy movement in a body-positive environment.

Private Classes & Personal Training
Get the 1-on-1 attention you need or enjoy a small class with your closest friends. Each Personal Training Session includes a consultation with one of our instructors.
