Service Description
This eight week series will focus on the classic Pilates moves, but slowed down to allow you to feel them in your body. I will provide modifications to meet you where you are and allow you to build strength. The first four weeks will be slow movement and the last four weeks will flow to build warmth and strength in the body in preparation for winter.
