Tuition, Refunds, Cancellations
Tuition
Fall 2021 tuition is $150 per class per child. There is a 10% tuition discount for VIP members. Tuition is due in full at the time of registration. Please email us if a payment plan would help.
Cancellations
All classes are subject to possible cancellation based on low enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded for the remaining classes that session.
Refund Policy
If you need to withdraw from class, we will offer a studio credit for the remainder of classes.
Class Expectations
Attire
For all classes, we require appropriate footwear, hair pulled off of the face, and appropriate attire. Please see our attire requirements for specifics.
Watching Class
Parents, friends and family are invited to watch class on the final class day of the session. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that parents allow their dancer to focus on class without distraction. Families are welcome to hang out in our waiting downstairs while their dancer is taking class.
Bathroom Breaks
For pre-school aged dancers, we ask that caregivers take them to the bathroom and wash hands before class starts. If a dancer needs to use the bathroom during class, a staff member will escort the dancer to the restroom and offer assistance with dressing/undressing. For dancers still in diapers, we ask that a caretaker remain in the lobby to assist with diaper changes if needed.
Drop-off/Pick-up
Caregivers are responsible for picking up students on time. All children must be accompanied by an adult when leaving their lesson. If a parent is late for pick-up after the last class of the day, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged.
Removal from Classes
StudioFit maintains the right to discontinue a child's participation in class if the child's behavior becomes a distraction to other student. We will make every effort to work with the child to resolve behavior issues ahead of removing them from class.
Other policies
Emergency closures
If Wasco County public schools are closed, youth movement classes are canceled. We will make every effort to contact families in the event of a class cancellation.
Communication
We will make every effort to inform you of cancellations, policy updates, and other important information via email (please provide accurate contact information). We will also update social media with important information.
Photos & Social Media
StudioFit maintains the right to take photos and/or videos of its dancers and guests. The photographs and videos are intended for marketing and promotional use on our website and social media and do not name or disclose personal information of those within the images.
